About the Role

We are hiring for SMSIMSR, a mission-driven charitable hospital and medical college at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, providing free, high-quality healthcare and medical education. As Purchase Manager, you will own end-to-end procurement and asset management across hospital departments — from vendor sourcing and PO/WO management to inventory planning and asset tracking. This is a chance to take full ownership of a critical operational function for a growing, purpose-driven hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise RFQs and price comparisons; identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for medical & non-medical materials and supplies
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs) using procurement module software
- Track POs/WOs from requisition to receipt and payment, resolving delivery, quality, or quantity/price issues
- Coordinate with stores to monitor inventory and avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Forecast procurement needs based on usage trends and market analysis




- Develop and maintain vendor relationships; evaluate supplier performance annually
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure statutory/policy compliance
- Maintain QR-coded asset records and coordinate asset maintenance and disposal
- Manage budgets for asset procurement, maintenance, and disposal

Who Can Apply

- Any postgraduate qualification
- 5+ years of experience in hospital procurement / purchase management
- Working knowledge of procurement module software and PO/WO documentation
- Experience in vendor negotiation and inventory management
- Comfortable managing asset tracking and disposal processes
- Willing to work from Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
