Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a passionate and experienced English Faculty to train students in English language, communication, and professional skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent English proficiency, solid presentation skills, and the ability to conduct engaging and practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English and communication training sessions.
- Train students in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional communication.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Use interactive teaching methods to improve students' communication and confidence.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Address students' academic doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Conduct practical activities, presentations, group discussions, and communication exercises.
- Maintain attendance and student progress records.




- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance and training requirements.
- Stay updated with effective English teaching and training methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communicative English, English Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing students' communication abilities.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong teaching aptitude may also be considered.
