Role Summary

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager who is analytical, execution-driven, and experienced in e-commerce operations, product management, vendor coordination, and catalog management. This role will be responsible for managing sellers, optimizing product listings, ensuring competitive pricing, maintaining catalog quality, monitoring inventory, and improving overall e-commerce performance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Sellers, Sales, Marketing, SEO, Inventory, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations, strong vendor relationships, and consistent product availability.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Seller Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new sellers/vendors based on product quality, pricing, and business alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to ensure timely supply and quality standards.
- Coordinate price negotiations, commission revisions, and approvals with sellers and management.
- Monitor seller performance using defined KPIs and proactively escalate issues.
- Handle seller documentation and onboarding processes as per company policies.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Manage product listings, variations, and pricing updates on the seller portal.
- Ensure product titles, keywords, images, descriptions, and categories are accurate, SEO-optimized, and compliant.
- Coordinate with the SEO Team for URL finalization of newly approved products.




- Update product specifications and content received from the Marketing Team.

Pricing & Competitive Analysis

- Perform regular price comparisons with competitors.
- Ensure competitive and profitable pricing across product categories.
- Negotiate pricing with sellers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding bulk inquiries, stock availability, and product-related details.

Inventory & Performance Monitoring

- Monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS) products and coordinate with sellers for stock updates.
- Track week-on-week low-selling products and coordinate with Seller and Marketing Teams for performance improvement.
- Work closely with Inventory and Logistics Teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor product and seller performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, seller management, procurement, vendor coordination, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Understanding of agri-input products and market dynamics is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage responsibilities independently.
