We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Associate (1–5 years ) to promote and sell our products, courses, and learning programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective learners.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
- Address basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and follow-up activities.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
