Role Overview

The E-commerce Associate will be responsible for managing product catalogs, creating engaging video content, and leveraging AI tools to develop high-quality visual and written content for our website, social media, and digital marketing channels.

This role requires a combination of e-commerce understanding, creative execution, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Catalog Management

- Manage and maintain product catalogs across the D2C website and marketplaces.
- Upload recent products with accurate product titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and inventory details.
- Ensure product information is complete, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with merchandising, photography, and operations teams for timely product launches.
- Review product pages for accuracy, visual quality, and content completeness.
- Identify and resolve catalog-related issues, including missing images, incorrect attributes, and listing errors.
- Maintain catalog hygiene and ensure products are optimized for search and customer experience.

2. Video Editing & Content Creation





- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, website banners, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging product videos, styling videos, campaign edits, and promotional creatives.

3. AI Content Generation

- Explore and utilize AI tools for generating images, videos, product creatives, and marketing content.
- Use generative AI tools to enhance existing product imagery and create alternate creative formats.
- Experiment with emerging AI platforms to improve content production efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, Catalog management, digital content, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of D2C e-commerce and product catalog management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, After Effects, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Photoshop AI, or equivalent platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
