Profile Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and executing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with the ability to manage SEO projects, analyze performance, and drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
- Manage and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Perform website audits and identify SEO issues and improvement areas.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and overall site structure.
- Plan and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Analyze competitors and identify recent SEO opportunities.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content, development,



and other teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
- Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely execution of strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of link building, backlink analysis, and website audits.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Ability to manage SEO projects and work with a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Candidates with experience managing multiple websites/projects will be preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable organic growth.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site from our Mansarovar, Jaipur office.
