Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities at project sites. The role requires good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, quality control, estimation, measurements, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
- Assist in preparing estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.




- Identify and resolve site-related technical and construction issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and management regarding project progress and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the project site.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in industrial, infrastructure, water-related, commercial, or building construction projects will be preferred.
