We Are Hiring: Site Supervisor – Factory Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and general upkeep of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily inspections of the factory premises, utilities, warehouses, offices, and common areas.

* Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, utilities, HVAC, pumps, generators, and factory infrastructure.

* Supervise electricians, plumbers, technicians, housekeeping staff, and external contractors.

* Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, correctly, and within the agreed timeline.

* Monitor electricity, water, compressed air, and other utility consumption.

* Maintain preventive-maintenance schedules, breakdown records, inspection checklists, and contractor reports.

* Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire-safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

* Maintain adequate stocks of essential tools, spare parts, and maintenance consumables.

* Report operational issues, pending work, breakdowns, and safety concerns to management.





* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements and minimise operational downtime.

Candidate Requirements:

* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.

* ITI-qualified candidates with solid relevant experience may also apply.

* 3–5 years of experience in factory maintenance, facility management, or site supervision.

* Preference will be given to candidates from FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar manufacturing industries.

* Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, civil work, machinery, utilities, and fire safety.

* Ability to supervise contractors and maintenance personnel independently.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and digital reporting.

* Good communication, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills.

* Willingness to attend urgent maintenance requirements when necessary.

Preferred Candidate:

A disciplined and proactive professional who takes complete ownership of factory maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and infrastructure and ensures that all issues are resolved promptly.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
