Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions across various levels.
- Understand technical requirements and source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future IT hiring requirements.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, market availability,



and salary benchmarks.
- Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical skills, and job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate assessment, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closure skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a quick-paced or technology-driven organization will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
