Job Title: Transplant Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre- and post-operative care to transplant patients.
- Monitor patients closely for complications, infections, and rejection.
- Assist in managing transplant recipients and donors as per hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and immunosuppressants as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and patient condition.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and the multidisciplinary transplant team.
- Follow strict infection-control and transplant-care protocols.

Eligibility:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing.
- 2–6 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Experience in liver, kidney, or lung transplant nursing preferred.
- ICU / Critical Care experience will be an added advantage.
- Valid nursing registration is mandatory.
- Positive communication and patient-care skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
