Job Summary

We are hiring passionate and target-oriented Field Business Development Executives to join our sales team. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and business development within an assigned territory.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Pre-assigned leads and territories will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle pre-assigned leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct field visits and meet potential customers.
- Manage and develop business within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through field activities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide proper assistance.
- Achieve sales targets and earn attractive performance-based incentives.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred for experienced roles.
- Maximum Age: 30 years.
- Bike is mandatory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.




- Willingness to work in the field.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Salary & Incentives

Freshers:

- ₹25,000 CTC per month
- ₹22,000 approximate in-hand salary after PF deduction
- 8% Flat Incentive (T&Cs; apply)

Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience required.
- Salary: Up to ₹3.75 LPA
- Can go up to ₹4.2 LPA in exceptional cases, depending on current CTC and experience.
- 8% Flat Incentive (T&Cs; apply)
- Salary slip, experience letter, and offer letter may be required.
