Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to supervise and manage civil construction and waterproofing projects in Patna and nearby locations. The candidate should have positive knowledge of site execution, manpower management, measurements, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil and waterproofing work at project sites.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved specifications and quality standards.
- Understand and implement waterproofing processes such as PU coating, APP membrane, chemical grouting, injection grouting, terrace waterproofing, basement waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing, and HDPE work.
- Check site measurements and maintain daily work records.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurement sheets, material requirements, and attendance records.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and the office team.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure proper use of materials at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.




- Ensure proper safety practices and discipline at the work site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to management.
- Travel to different project sites in Patna and nearby areas as required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of civil work and waterproofing work.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
- Good knowledge of labour and site management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and mobile-based reporting.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and teams.
- Must be willing to travel to project locations.

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in waterproofing and civil site supervision will have an advantage.
- Candidates from Patna or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Must have a responsible, disciplined, and problem-solving attitude.
