Academic Counsellor – Cold Calling Sales

Job Description

We are hiring target-driven Academic Counsellors with minimum 6 months experience in cold calling / tele sales. The role involves outbound calling, pitching academic programs, handling objections, and closing enrolments.

Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls
- Pitch courses and convert leads into sales
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

- 6+ months cold calling / sales experience
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with pressure and targets
