At Beyond Goofy, we work with ambitious brands to build, scale and optimise their growth through performance marketing.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can take ownership of campaigns, think analytically, test aggressively and turn data into actionable marketing decisions.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work directly on Meta Ads, Google Ads, creatives, funnels and growth strategies across different brands and industries.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage advertising budgets across Meta & Google Ads
- Build, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, CPL and conversion rates
- Analyse data to understand what is working, what isn’t, and why
- Develop and test new campaign structures, audiences, creatives, offers and messaging
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop performance-driven creatives
- Research competitors, customers, markets and emerging advertising trends
- Build and execute digital marketing strategies for clients
- Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights and next steps
- Take ownership of client accounts and contribute to scaling what works

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Experience working on performance marketing campaigns from setup to optimisation
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, attribution and funnel performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in D2C, FinTech, HealthTech or other performance-driven businesses is a plus
- Willingness to work from our office in Bangalore

Compensation

₹3.6 – ₹4.5 LPA
