Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing activities, strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities across relevant platforms.
- Monitor SEO, social media, Google Business Profile, paid campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Generate and manage quality leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the content, design, admissions, and sales teams.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Manage promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.
- Improve online presence, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.




- Identify new marketing channels and strategies for business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
- Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,419.16 - ₹56,689.22 per month
