Job Description

We are looking for Immediate Joiners for RPA Developer who are proficient in Python for the below mentioned requisition.

The RPA Developer will develop bot or process development automation in co-ordination with process/business analyst and Engg lead of cient for its various verticals/area to enhance efficiency and productivity through automation.

Experience: 4 – 8 years

Role scope The RPA Developer will play a crucial role in the automation of business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python for RPA development, a basic understanding of Robocorp, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and manage project backlogs, including using Jira for task management.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain RPA bots using Python and Robocorp.
- Conduct code reviews of bots within the development pod to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Review and update documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Act as a point of contact between the development pod and the client team, facilitating communication and coordination.
- Manage the team backlog using Jira,



prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of automation solutions.
- Lead meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Skills required

- Proficiency in Python for RPA development
- Basic knowledge of Robocorp -Experience with Jira for task management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of code review processes Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to review and analyze technical documentation
