Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in the Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing Banquets, Resorts, Villas, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Cafés, and other hospitality/commercial spaces.

The candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent design aesthetics, and the ability to transform client requirements into functional, practical, and visually impressive hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for hospitality projects.

* Handle projects such as Banquets, Resorts, Villas, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Cafés, and Hospitality Spaces.

* Understand client briefs and convert them into practical design concepts.

* Prepare mood boards, presentations, material palettes, space plans, and design concepts.

* Develop and review 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

* Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved concepts.

* Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor elements.

* Ensure designs meet hospitality standards, functionality, aesthetics, and customer experience requirements.

* Stay updated with the latest hospitality interior trends, materials, finishes, and design concepts.





* Guide junior designers and coordinate with the design team throughout project execution.

* Ensure timely completion of design deliverables and project requirements.

Solid Hospitality Project Experience Required

Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following projects will be highly preferred:

* Hotels

* Resorts

* Banquets

* Villas

* Clubhouses

* Restaurants

* Bars / Lounges

* Cafés

* Hospitality & Commercial Projects

Candidates must be able to showcase their hospitality work portfolio, especially projects related to Banquets, Resorts, Villas, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, and Hotels.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer who has a strong understanding of hospitality design and execution.

The candidate should possess:

* Strong creative vision and design aesthetics

* Excellent knowledge of hospitality interiors

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Ability to understand and execute client briefs

* Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture

* Strong coordination and site-execution skills

* Ability to manage projects from concept to execution

* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Hospitality / Hotel / Resort / Restaurant / Bar / Banquet / Villa / Clubhouse Interior Design experience is strongly preferred.

Portfolio showcasing hospitality projects is mandatory/preferred for evaluation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
