Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, confident, and skilled English Teacher who can develop students' English language skills through engaging and effective teaching methods. The teacher will be responsible for teaching English, improving students' communication skills, conducting assessments, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective English lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Teach English grammar, literature, reading, writing, speaking, and vocabulary.
- Develop students' spoken English and communication skills.
- Use interactive activities, discussions, storytelling, presentations, and technology to make learning engaging.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Conduct class tests, examinations, and regular assessments.
- Check notebooks, assignments, and students' written work regularly.
- Identify students who need additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a respectful learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate in debates, speeches, reading activities, and other language-based activities.
- Maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress when required.




- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and other assigned activities.
- Follow school policies, academic standards, and skilled expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/required as per school norms.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to teach students according to their learning levels.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use educational technology.

- Excellent pronunciation and communication.
- Creative and activity-based teaching approach.
- Strong lesson-planning and assessment skills.
- Ability to motivate students and build confidence in English.
- Patience, professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Experience in school teaching, spoken English, debate, public speaking, or literary activities will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The selected teacher will be expected to:

- Maintain high teaching standards.
- Ensure regular completion of the syllabus.
- Improve students' English proficiency and communication abilities.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality.
- Actively contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular development of students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
