Casino Hotel Kochi – a CGH Earth Experience is seeking a dedicated and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage (F&B;) Associate / Senior Associate to join our dining and service team at Willingdon Island, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Service Excellence

- Provide traditional, warm, and professional CGH Earth hospitality from the moment guests enter our dining venues.
- Present menus, explain dishes (including our specialty seafood and local Kerala culinary traditions), take accurate orders, and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly while maintaining an empathetic, solution-oriented approach to guest needs and feedback.

Operational & Station Maintenance

- Set up tables and prepare service stations strictly according to the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other resort teams to manage table pacing and ensure seamless food delivery.
- Inspect operating equipment, linen,



and condiments before shifts, and handle the clearance .
- Process guest billing accurately and securely using the property’s Point of Sale (POS) system.

Sustainability, Safety, & Hygiene

- Adhere strictly to the hotel’s high hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Champion CGH Earth’s core pillars of eco-conscious hospitality, which include minimizing food waste and respecting the local ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related culinary field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of prior experience in F&B; service within a 4-star/5-star boutique resort or premium fine-dining environment. Freshers with solid training credentials from reputable institutes may also be considered.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken English is mandatory for engaging with international and domestic travelers.
- Soft Skills: Immaculate grooming, a positive and resilient attitude, and the flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic during fast-paced peak service windows.
