We are looking for a Network Engineer Trainer cum Project Coordinator who can combine strong networking knowledge with training and project coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical networking training, supporting students/trainees, and coordinating networking-related projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Technical Responsibilities

- Deliver training on networking fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- Train students/trainees on CCNA, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Network Security, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct practical lab sessions and real-world networking exercises.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to trainees.
- Conduct mock interviews and help trainees prepare for networking careers.

Project Coordination Responsibilities

- Coordinate networking projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, students, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality.
- Identify project issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and status updates.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Computer Networking and Network Security.
- Positive knowledge of CCNA-level concepts.




- Hands-on experience with Cisco devices, routers, switches, and networking labs.
- Understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good coordination, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
