About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist who understands both traditional SEO and the emerging landscape of AI-driven Search, AIO (AI Overviews), LLM SEO, Entity SEO, Semantic Search, and Content Automation.

You will work closely with the SEO lead and cross-functional teams to implement advanced SEO strategies, optimize multi-location brands, and activate AI-powered search opportunities using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Surfer, NeuronWriter, and more.

This is a great role for someone who is passionate about future-proof SEO, structured workflows, and performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven SEO & AIO Optimization

- Optimize pages for Google AI Overviews (AIO) and AI search engines like ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, etc.
- Implement entity-based SEO, entity stacking, and schema-driven content enhancements.
- Conduct semantic analysis and create topic clusters, knowledge graphs, and entity mapping.

Content Optimization & AI Workflows

- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer, NeuronWriter) to:
- Generate outlines, briefs, and optimization checklists
- Improve topical depth, semantic coverage, and question targeting
- Create AICO-based content blocks (AI + Intent + Context + Outcome)
- Identify missing AIO elements like:

On-Page & Technical SEO

- Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexation, internal linking, anchor text, and sitemaps.
- Implement structured data markup
- Fix crawl issues using GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog.

Local SEO & Multi-Location Pages

- Optimize location pages for cities, counties, and “near me” variants.
- Build and optimize Google Business Profiles using:
- Posts




- UTM tagging
- Photo optimization
- Local citations
- Local entities and proximity signals

Reporting & Data Analysis

- Analyze performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Search Console
- Local Falcon / GeoGrid
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, trends, and next actions.

Automation & AI Tools

Experience or willingness to learn:

- ChatGPT Agents / Custom GPTs
- Python-based automation (optional, bonus)
- Bulk content workflows
- CSV-based optimizations
- Programmatic SEO system basics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
