Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Women Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and dealers regularly within the assigned area.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Promote and explain company products to customers.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and orders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments and outstanding amounts.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Requirements
- Any Diploma / Degree qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving License required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for Shop visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
