Position: IT Support (Hardware & Software) & Facility Systems Manager
Department: IT & Administration
Reporting To: Management
Location: South Delhi
Working Hours: 9 Hours
Salary Package: 20000 - 25000

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the organisation’s IT infrastructure and critical facility systems, ensuring smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Server management, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting.
- Networking infrastructure, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Handling day-to-day IT hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- EPABX/intercom system management and maintenance.
- Fire alarm system monitoring, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Sprinkler system monitoring, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely preventive servicing.




- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and technical support.
- Provide regular updates to management on system status and pending issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and facility systems management.
- Experience in server, networking, EPABX, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.
