Job Summary

ASE Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment and help build a solid talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support volume, lateral, and campus hiring activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; HR/MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
