Business Development Associate – Financial Products

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our finance company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and recommending suitable financial products such as Loans, Insurance, and Credit Cards.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new customer relationships through calls, references, digital leads, and other sources.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Sell and promote personal loans, business loans, insurance products, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with interested leads.
- Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, charges, and other relevant information to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into successful applications.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks, NBFCs, and other financial partners for processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, applications, and sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.




- Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, banking, finance, insurance, or financial services preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of loans, credit cards, insurance, or other financial products is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
