About the role

Knytra is a Delhi-based emerging streetwear brand creating modern, accessible apparel and accessories for a current generation. Support the brand’s growth through prospect research, thoughtful customer outreach, and consistent follow-ups. Learn from real sales conversations while maintaining clear records and working towards agreed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospective customers and support structured outreach.
• Communicate product information clearly and respectfully to interested prospects.
• Follow up on leads and support customer acquisition against agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead, conversation, and sales progress records.
• Share weekly progress, customer feedback, and market insights with the team.

Availability





Flexible remote internship with a minimum availability of four hours per day; no fixed shift.

Compensation

₹2,000 stipend + 20% commission on qualifying orders, capped at ₹5,000 per month.

This is a paid internship with a fixed stipend of ₹2,000. The Sales Intern is eligible for commission at 20% of the approved net merchandise value of qualifying Orders, excluding shipping, subject to a maximum commission of ₹5,000 per month. The ₹5,000 amount is the monthly commission ceiling, not an additional incentive or a guaranteed payout.

A qualifying Order is a purchase successfully delivered to the customer that has not subsequently been returned, refunded, cancelled, reversed or otherwise invalidated. Subject to the monthly cap, commission becomes payable exactly seven calendar days after confirmed delivery, provided the Order remains eligible at that time.

Targets and payout conditions will be communicated before joining.
