Hiring Alert -Position: (International Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients

· Provide customer support, technical assistance, or sales services as per process

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

· Follow international communication standards and scripts

· Update CRM systems with accurate call details

· Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets

· Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required

· Work in rotational/night shifts as per international time zones

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

· Neutral accent and robust listening skills

· Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

· Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

· Ability to work in night/rotational shifts
