Key Responsibilities Handle international buyer inquiries and understand requirements. Find and coordinate with global suppliers. Negotiate pricing and finalize buyer-supplier deals. Manage export documentation such as PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. Manage the complete order cycle from inquiry to delivery. Develop relationships with international buyers and suppliers. Find new buyers and suppliers globally. Resolve shipment and documentation-related issues. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Export/Import or International Trade. Knowledge of export documentation and logistics. Positive negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of global markets and sourcing. Good command of MS Excel and Email communication. ERP knowledge is an added advantage. Good English communication skills.
