About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Research Payments Specialist with hands-on experience in Greenphire and US-based Clinical Research Organization (CRO) payment processing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing clinical trial payments, working with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and directly coordinating with US-based client teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Process payments related to Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs).
* Manage and process clinical research payments using the Greenphire application.
* Coordinate directly with US-based CRO and client teams.
* Handle client communication through video calls and written communication.
* Ensure payment processing is accurate and completed within timelines.
* Review payment-related information and resolve discrepancies when required.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
* Work according to US business hours and support client requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years of experience working with US-based CROs.
* Hands-on experience with Greenphire.
* Practical experience in Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment processing.
* Experience interacting directly with US-based clients/teams.
* Willingness to work in US shifts.
* Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
* Graduate degree with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
