ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and curious person who wants to learn how brands are built, marketed and grown.

This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in content, social media, branding, e-commerce and AI.

You'll work across content creation, research, social media, client coordination and project operations.

You don't need to know everything.

But you must be willing to learn, take ownership and get things done.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

· Create and develop LinkedIn content for the founders and support the agency's thought-leadership content.

· Come up with fresh content ideas, hooks, formats and topics.

· Research current trends, conversations and emerging content formats across social platforms.

· Research competitors and identify content opportunities and gaps.

· Study what our clients competitors are doing across social media.

· Analyse our clients existing social media presence and content.

· Identify what is working, what can be improved and suggest new ideas.

· Create social media content using Canva and AI-assisted tools.

· Use AI tools to brainstorm, research, analyse and develop content ideas.

· Stay curious about new AI tools and smarter ways of working.

2. CLIENT COORDINATION

· Coordinate with clients for briefs, information, images, product details and approvals.

· Understand client requirements and ensure the right information reaches the internal team.

· Follow up on pending requirements and approvals.

· Maintain clear records of client communication and requirements.

· Help keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.

3. PROJECTS & OPERATIONS

· Maintain content calendars, task trackers and project information.

· Keep briefs,



references and documents organised.

· Coordinate with designers, content creators and other team members.

· Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.

· Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

· Use tools such as Notion and Google Workspace to organise information and workflows.

4. AI & NEW-AGE TOOLS

You don't need to be an AI expert.

But you should be comfortable experimenting with AI and interested in learning how technology can make creative and marketing work faster, smarter and better.

You may work with tools such as:

ChatGPT | Canva | Notion | Claude | Google Workspace | AI research & content tools

You don't need to know every tool.

We value your ability to learn new tools more than the number of tools you already know.

MUST-HAVES

· Good written and verbal communication

· Basic understanding of social media

· Basic designing skills and an eye for visual communication

· Comfortable creating simple social media posts using Canva or similar tools

· Basic familiarity with AI tools

· Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive

· Willingness to learn tools such as Notion

· Good organisational and follow-up skills

· Ability to work independently

· Proactive attitude and ownership

· Creative bent of mind

· Genuine willingness to learn and contribute
