Role Description This full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer role is based in office in Gurgaon. The developer will design, build, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email campaigns, automation workflows, and audience segmentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and optimizing journeys, integrating data sources, creating reusable templates and content blocks, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues in live campaigns. The developer is also expected to follow best practices for security, performance,



and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement of marketing technology processes.
Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development (e.g., Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL for queries within Marketing Cloud, and HTML/CSS for email and landing page development.
- Knowledge of data integrations and APIs, including connecting Marketing Cloud with CRM systems and external platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as segmentation, personalization, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills in a production environment.
- Ability to document technical solutions, follow structured development processes, and adhere to quality and security standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in an IT services or consulting environment, with exposure to client-facing projects, is an advantage.
