Role Overview

As an International Admission Expert, you will play a key role in recruiting and enrolling international students by providing end-to-end admission support. You will guide prospective students throughout the admission journey—from initial counseling and eligibility assessment to application processing, documentation, and enrollment.

This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills to achieve international enrollment objectives while delivering an outstanding student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective international students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission process, including eligibility assessment, application submission, documentation, and follow-up.
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, virtual platforms, and face-to-face meetings in a timely and professional manner.




- Drive international student recruitment and achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets by converting qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment partners, educational consultants, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new international markets and recruitment opportunities aligned with the University's global expansion strategy.
- Coordinate with finance teams regarding fee payments, scholarships, and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure timely seat allocation and admission processing.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to support international campaigns, webinars, education fairs, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and admission management systems.
- Monitor admission performance, prepare regular reports, analyze conversion metrics, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with University policies and international admission guidelines while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, International Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in international admissions, student counseling, higher education recruitment, or a similar role is preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret admission data and monitor performance metrics.
- Understanding of fee structures, scholarship processes, and basic financial counseling.
- Proven sales and lead conversion skills with the ability to achieve enrollment targets ethically.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management software.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak admission cycles when required.
