Puppy Atlas is a marketing agency and consultancy exclusively focused on India's pet care industry. We work with pet brands and startups on marketing, e-commerce growth, and market strategy, while also running our own ventures — Pets News Network (India's dedicated pet industry journalism platform) and The Pet Being (a D2C pet products marketplace).

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, while also managing WhatsApp and email broadcast campaigns for our clients and our own ventures.

What You'll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle — audience targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for promotions, engagement, and retention
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns — newsletters, promotional broadcasts, and automated flows
- Track and report campaign performance (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions) with actionable insights
- Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives and campaign assets




- Manage multiple client accounts and internal brand campaigns simultaneously
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices across all channels

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (please share campaigns/portfolio)
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or broadcast tools (e.g., AiSensy, WATI, Interakt) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading campaign data and optimising based on performance
- Basic understanding of funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/brands at once
- Experience in the pet care, D2C, or e-commerce space is a plus
