Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance overall project quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Java Standard Edition.
- Familiarity with cloud computing principles and integration with cloud platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
