Role Description The Senior Executive role at Inox Solar is a full-time, on-site position based in Odapada. The Senior Executive will support day-to-day operational and administrative activities, coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders, and help ensure timely execution of project-related tasks. Responsibilities may include preparing reports and presentations, tracking project milestones, assisting with documentation and compliance, and supporting procurement or logistics activities as required.



The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of solar manufacturing and project operations.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation management and report preparation.
- Experience in coordination and stakeholder management, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or energy-related projects.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and comfort with digital tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Odapada, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
