About the Role

At Boost, we believe positive design should do more than look positive. It should make ideas clearer, make people pay attention and help brands communicate with more impact. Our work spans education, healthcare, digital businesses and emerging ventures, and the creative output is equally varied - from website graphics to campaign creatives, reports, booklets, worksheets and socials.

We're looking for a curious, ambitious design intern who wants to work across formats, bring a fresh visual perspective to the team and learn by working on actual briefs from the start.

About Boost:

Boost Consulting is a digital growth and consulting firm working with businesses in India and overseas. Our work sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, analytics and business strategy. We work across sectors including healthcare, education, B2B and emerging businesses. We also run an education vertical, which works with 200+ schools to give students research-backed guidance on admissions, financial planning, and scholarships across India and internationally.

What We Are Looking For

- You care about design and notice the details that make work feel considered.
- You have a good eye for composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy, and you enjoy taking an idea or reference and finding an interesting way to bring it to life.
- You're comfortable experimenting,



open to feedback and interested in developing your own judgement rather than simply following templates.
- You are already conversant with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, others
- You're curious about how AI is changing the way designers create, explore and work.

A formal design degree is useful. What matters most is the quality of your work and the thinking behind it.

The Work

You may find yourself working on:

- Campaign and advertising creatives
- Presentations and pitch decks
- UI concepts and responsive page designs for new website sections
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Posters and event collateral
- Website graphics and banners
- Infographics and visual explainers
- New creative formats we haven't thought of yet

What We're Offering

We want this internship to be a genuine learning experience. You'll work on live projects, see how creative decisions are made, and get exposure to work across digital, social, print, video and web.

You'll have the opportunity to build a varied body of work, work closely with the leadership team, experiment with new tools and develop the confidence to understand why a piece of design works.
