Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Associate to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, technical support, systems, network, hardware and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for employees
- Manage network, hardware, software, systems, and IT assets
- Handle employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access management
- Manage CCTV, access control, AV and meeting-room systems
- Support ISO/SOC audits, IT compliance, risk monitoring and documentation
- Coordinate IT vendors, AMC, preventive maintenance and service requests
- Support IT requirements for events and meetings
- Maintain IT incidents, logs and infrastructure records

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support/IT Operations
- Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, software and troubleshooting
- Exposure to IT security, ISO/SOC compliance, asset and vendor management
- Solid communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
