Admissions & Recruitment: Drive student enrollment, review applications, and promote the program at information sessions.

Accreditation & Compliance: Ensure the program meets standards set by university guidelines and educational bodies (like UGC, AICTE, NAAC).

Industry Relations: Build strong partnerships with corporate leaders, alumni,



and professional networks to enhance student internships and job placements.

Strategic Planning: Lead continuous curriculum updates to align with shifting global business trends.

Qualifications

Education: A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Management Studies or Business Administration.

Experience: 20 + years of relevant academic and administrative experience in higher education or a reputed business school.

Leadership: Robust communication, organizational, and team-management abilities.
