Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a passion for building robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews.
- Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.




- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems.
- Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (required).

Preferred:

- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
