InSeconds is building a new consumer-first platform for founders and business-minded people.

The vision is to create a place where people can discover ideas, learn from founders and business leaders, discover startups through short-form product demos, and connect with other ambitious people.

We’re looking for someone who can take this story and put it out into the world.

Not through traditional marketing.

Through content, personality, creativity and relentless execution.

The Role:-

We’re looking for a Founding Content & Organic Growth Creator who can become one of the faces of InSeconds.

Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to post.

You see an interesting founder → create a video about it.

You see a trend → find a way to make it relevant to InSeconds.

You have an opinion → turn it into content.

You discover something interesting → put InSeconds into the conversation.

The goal is simple: make people know InSeconds, understand what we're building, and want to be part of it.

What You'll Do

- Become a creator and storyteller for InSeconds, using your own personality and creativity to represent the brand.

- Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X.

- Identify trends, conversations, founders, companies, products and ideas that can be turned into relevant content.

- Create and publish content from idea → shooting → editing → posting.

- Experiment constantly with different formats, hooks, storytelling styles and content ideas.

- Find creative ways to explain what InSeconds is and why people should care.

- Build founder-focused content around business, startups, technology, entrepreneurship and the ideas shaping the future.





- Create content that encourages founders and users to join InSeconds and create/upload themselves.

- Track what works organically and double down on formats that generate genuine engagement.

- Help build the voice, personality and cultural identity of InSeconds.

What We're NOT Looking For/

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are not looking for someone whose primary job is:

- Running paid advertisements
- Sending email campaigns
- Creating marketing reports
- Managing spreadsheets
- Waiting for someone to give them a content calendar

We are looking for a builder and creator.

Who We're Looking For

- Someone extremely comfortable being on camera and creating content themselves.
- Naturally curious and constantly looking for things worth talking about.
- Robust communication and storytelling skills.
- Someone with a strong understanding of internet culture and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Willing to experiment, fail, learn and try again quickly.
- Someone who can turn an idea into a piece of content without needing five approvals.
- High ownership and execution speed.
- A genuine interest in startups, founders, technology, business and the internet is a major plus.
- Existing content creation experience, a personal audience, or demonstrated ability to create content that gets organic traction is a strong advantage.

“What can I create today that makes 10,000 people discover InSeconds?”

If you are someone who is constantly creating, has ideas flowing through your head, isn't afraid to put yourself out there, and wants to help build a brand from 0 → 1, we want to meet you.

This is a founding role, so your work will directly shape how InSeconds is perceived and discovered by the world.
