Job OverviewTE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.Responsibilities

Market & Customer Insights

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities
- Identify innovation areas aligned with CBC3 strategy

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Build product development and launch roadmaps
- Define go-to-market strategies and target customers
- Contribute to overall CBC3 product and marketing strategy

Product Development & Execution

- Manage new product development end-to-end with project managers
- Prioritize opportunities based on strategy and pipeline
- Support product design-in discussions with customers

Commercial & Operational Excellence

- Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and supply chain KPIs




- Drive product profitability and lifecycle optimization
- Provide technical and commercial support for the product portfolio

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing for sales tools and product launches
- Deliver product training programs (internal & external)
- Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Additional Responsibilities

- Support TEOA execution
- Participate in customer meetings and global coordination

What your background should look like:

- Master's degree in business or engineering with solid business acumen
- Product Management experience, especially at global level
- Knowledge of matrix organizational setup preferred
- Knowledge of transportation industry preferred
- Knowledge of commercial transportation customer needs and value propositions expected
