Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Executive with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry to support day-to-day logistics and export operations. The role involves shipment coordination, export documentation, freight forwarder/CHA coordination, shipment tracking, and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, CHA/customs agents and logistics partners.
- Prepare and maintain export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill and Certificate of Origin.
- Follow up for customs clearance and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate transportation and warehouse/factory pickups.
- Track shipments and monitor ETD, ETA, vessel details and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts and Production teams.




- Verify shipping documents for accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintain shipment and logistics records.
- Update shipment details in Excel/ERP and prepare logistics reports.
- Follow up on pending documentation, shipments and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, International Business or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Logistics/Export Operations.
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Export Procedures and Documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Incoterms and Customs Procedures.
- Experience working with CHA, Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines.
- Knowledge of ERP/Logistics Software.
