As we continue to modernise and expand, we are looking for a Business Developer – AI, Research & New Business to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Role combines Business Development, AI-powered proposal creation, market research, LinkedIn networking, R&D; and marketing support.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools, researching businesses and industries, identifying potential clients, creating customised proposals and developing meaningful connections with decision-makers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Research or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, technology, advertising and modern marketing.




- Ability to effectively use AI tools for research, analysis, proposal development and productivity.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills for cold calling and follow-up with clients.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.
- Ability to understand a client's business and convert requirements into relevant marketing solutions.

AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE

- Experience in an advertising agency, media company, digital marketing agency or B2B environment.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, proposals or pitch decks.
- Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint or other presentation/design tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting or lead generation.
- Previous experience using AI tools for professional or business purposes.
