Job Summary

We are seeking an cutting-edge AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have experience building machine learning models, working with large datasets, deploying AI applications, and integrating AI services into production environments. This remote role requires strong programming skills, expertise in machine learning frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production applications.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models and optimize model performance.
- Create AI-powered APIs, chatbots, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Deploy AI models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices.
- Monitor model performance, retrain models, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Document AI models, experiments, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research,



and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, or Gemini.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agents.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud AI services on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- AI or cloud certifications are a plus.
