Senior Associate – Content Moderator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, comments, and data annotations, according to community guidelines and client policies.

• Identify, flag, remove, or classify content that violates platform policies, including spam, phishing, abuse, inappropriate content, and intellectual property violations.





• Review content accurately while maintaining consistency with established quality and safety guidelines.

• Document moderation decisions, investigations, and escalations accurately in internal systems.

• Handle cases within defined SLAs and productivity targets.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when required.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail while following company and client policies.
