Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non- IT roles.- Source and identify potential candidates through Naukri.com, other job portals, social media, and professional networks.- Screen resumes, evaluate technical and Non-technical competencies, and schedule interviews.- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific role requirements.- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment reports.- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards in hiring.
