We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of Blended Process - Work from Home in India. This role involves managing customer interactions through various channels, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their queries regarding products and services.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolutions of customer issues.




- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
