Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in ETL/DWH/Data Testing.
- Strong SQL skills for complex business logic, transformations, analytics, and data validation.
- Hands-on Python/PySpark for test automation and repetitive data checks.
- Experience with Data Migration/Modernization projects and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks on AWS/Azure.
- Good understanding of CSV, JSON, and other data formats.
- Insurance domain and Databricks testing experience is preferred.
- Robust communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end testing of an assigned track independently.
- Gather requirements and provide testing status, risks, mitigation, and defect updates to clients.
- Perform source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, data quality, and transformation testing.
- Design and execute complex SQL-based validation checks.
- Automate manual/repetitive testing using Python/PySpark.
- Perform testing for data migration, modernization, and Databricks-based solutions.
- Participate in defect triage, RCA, retesting, and closure.
