Currently, we are hiring for a .NET Developer with expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Development for a 100% remote role. Please note that this position requires working during Pacific time zone (US PST hours) overlap to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and teams.

About The Role

The .NET Developer role at Droisys involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions primarily using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and data integration tools like SSIS and SSRS. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, collaborating with diverse teams across different locations, and contributing to critical projects that impact business operations.

The role demands a proactive approach to understanding client requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering high-quality solutions. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications and reports. Additionally, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that solutions meet business needs and performance standards.





This position requires working during US PST hours to facilitate real-time communication and project coordination. It is suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in .NET development with proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/Web API.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices in ETL processes.
- Familiarity with REST API development and system integration.
- Experience using version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work during US PST hours and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, web services, and APIs to meet business requirements.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to ensure high performance and reliability.




- Create and deploy detailed SSRS reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting and data needs, translating them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all applications and databases.
- Work closely with QA, Data Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices related to .NET and SQL development.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides as needed.
