Job Description

Marketing & Event Coordination

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
- Coordinate customer visits, partner meetings, and business events.
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and internal business meetings.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, and communications.
- Prepare and maintain customer and prospect databases from trade fairs, industry associations, and marketing sources.

CRM Management & Analytics

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Track customer interactions, marketing activities, and event participation.
- Support database management and lead tracking activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, dashboards, and basic business analytics.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection for management reporting.

Business & Sales Support

- Support customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) through data preparation and coordination.
- Assist with business reporting requirements and performance tracking.
- Support regional teams with ad-hoc marketing and business development initiatives.
